When I first started drinking green tea, I was not even aware of the benefits it offers, but I knew that it tasted good,I love tea anyway and that was enough. My grandmother and mother used to drink green tea all the time, as I grew up drinking tea instead of sodas because I lived on a Tea Estate. What I did not know was that instead of drinking soda which has so many negative consequences was what I was drinking in its place was actually helping me maintain my health.
But more and more, science has been discovering the benefits of green tea.
