Recently I ran into a friend who I had not seen over 1 year. And she complimented me that I looked slim, fit and younger. She wanted to know all about my work-out schedule.

I went from a size 14 to size 8 pants within 8 months. I still work out at “One 30 Fitness” and I look forward to my next appointment.
