There has been a lot of hype about Alli. But I was not impressed. I can’t figure out what the hype is all about.
This is what I know about Alli.
-
It is the first diet pill approved by the FDA.
-
Its not an answer to any ones weight problems.
-
Not a miracle cure.
ALLI is a 60mg orlistat capsule. It work with you and not for you. Alli blocks a 25% of fat you eat and passes the rest it of the fat out of your body. You may experience some side effects such as: Gas, frequent stool movements and an oily discharge.
- For Alli to work you first have to adopt healthy eating habits, reducing calorie intake with a low-fat diet.
- You should exercise daily, work hard and be willing to stick to your program.
Alli works with your digestive system not in your brain or heart, it will not cause jitters, sleeplessness or a racing heart.
People with certain health conditions or taking prescription medications should
consult with their doctor first.
Alli is a diet aid only, without your commitment it will not work.
As far as I am concerned there are so many other pills that are better than Alli.
